The venue itself come out to be a really rock'n'roll'a building with a lot of stories behind. All backstage walls are covered with graffiti.

Some of the work is better than other, some are just tags. The loading dock is a great place to smoke.

When we wen there for the first time I though it will be tooo small, now actually it seems to be an exact fit.

It's a round audience with two balconies, with lots of echo and not convenient reflection-wise but it always could have been worse.

The crew guys that arrived from all over Europe are really cool and know their job. Digico SD9 is full, heitage 3000 full, 2 macbooks, a band, whole lots of video stuff, cameras, light miracles and flying props, includnig a bed o.O that will be dropped during "freddy my love" and the "grande finalle". Oh, I almost forgot a bubble machine - my personal best.

After first stop and go runs, I can say, that's gonna be something. Still got a lot work. We are rehearsing with plaback and the band joins on Sunday. Snapshots are done, at least a basic version, the PA are old W8L as main and then outfills, delays, stage with ARC's ;p and 'normall' wedges, aviom.. and still I'm not even in the middle of the list. It gets better each day.

When I look at recordings light guys do during rehearsals, it looks even better than live. To be honest I haven't seen the show. I'm caught between the mixing desk, the computers and the script.

'Band pit' is almost ready.

Now "amp-cities" and wireless-corner.

Of course, nothing would happen and nobody would be able to work without them. 700 of 'them'.

At this point my life is about rehearsing, programming, attempts of mixing it, making notes etc. I do sleep well, I do eat well and I can not wait to get up at noon. The sad part is, I'm going to spend another Christmas away from home. Then again, it's not so bad. When you skip certain points in life, in your calendar it gets easier to manage without them. I got nothing else to do, nowhere to be in a hurry, we just all want to make from it as much as we can, make a marvelous show!
Belgium people are strange. They eat lunch at dinner and dinner at lunch. Shops are
closed after 18 but you get an ash try in the toilet.
Cheers.
